Terms of Service
By purchasing our products, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this website, and that he/she is at least twenty one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of California. If the Customer does not accept all of the terms and conditions set forth within, he/she should not purchase or use our products. It is further understood that these terms are subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
Shipping & Return Policy
Availability of our Wine Due to various state laws, we cannot ship to Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island and Utah. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions. Age Verification By placing an order with us you are stating that you are at least 21 years of age and that the order recipient is also at least 21 years of age. We require our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, resulting in the carrier verifying the age of the recipient when the package is delivered. Receiving a Shipment If the recipient of the wine will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be signed for and received. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep or sent to a P.O. Box. If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is not signed for and received, and is subsequently returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package. Return Policy
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, flawed or unsatisfactory. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to [email protected] to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product. Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
