2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

  • Aromas: Raspberry, cassis, fig
  • Flavors: Dark chocolate, wild berries, baking spice
  • Profile: Expect a muscular core of rich flavors backed by brooding structure and focused acidity. This wine is built for aging, but good luck trying to wait!

Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Game Theory Vineyard in the Howell Mountain AVA. The vineyard lies some 2,000 feet above the Napa Valley floor primarily on volcanic ash and red clay soil.  Drainage is rather high and fertility low; elevation and cool nights bring bright acidity and great texture. A great example of fruit and structure!
