Howell Mountain
Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2021 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is from one of the most revered sites in the Napa area. Decomposed volcanic ash-based soil combined with treacherously steep slopes stress vines into producing tiny berries with structured spicy notes and robust tannins. The vineyard produces a glorious juggernaut of mountain fruit and structure. With a muscular core of blackberry and dark chocolate, backed by brooding structure and focused acidity, wines from this vineyard become the most age-worthy bottles in the cellar.

Cabernet Franc
2020
Napa Valley
Cabernet Franc
Once again sourced from Block E1 in Napa Valley’s iconic Stagecoach® Vineyard. Stagecoach® lies at a high elevation and Block E1, in particular, has a southwest-facing aspect that benefits from plenty of late afternoon sun, which ultimately provides our Cabernet Franc with a floral mid-palate and spice notes on the finish.

Napa Valley
Cabernet Franc
We sourced our Cabernet Franc from Napa Valley’s iconic Stagecoach® Vineyard. With its rocky, elevated terrain, Stagecoach® was once considered out of reach. This awe-inspiring vineyard features several distinct microclimates, and our Cabernet Franc is from the most sought-after section – Block E1. This stretch of low yielding vines delivers generous aromatics of red fruit and soft berry, which gradually give way to refined minerality and light herbaceous notes.

Chardonnay
2021
Sonoma Coast
Chardonnay
Sourced from the Rodgers Creek Vineyard in the Sonoma Coast AVA. Whole cluster pressed, racked to barrel for primary fermentation, malolactic fermentation in barrels. Our steep, terraced blocks in Rodgers Creek are about 600 feet above sea level, well positioned to get plenty of afternoon wind and sun. Most importantly, Pacific wind and fog combine with more temperate inland weather to keep fruit on the vine long into the season. This creates excellent phenolic ripeness at harvest, with low-to-moderate sugar levels.
